My husband would tell you that I am an Instagram junkie.

As a practiced photographer, lover of fashion and food styling, and a cook, Insta is definitely my happy place!

I love to post pics of food and family, and look at all the other delicious food pics while keeping up with my friends and acquaintances. But when I post pics of food, I rarely post the recipe. Usually, I’ve just made up the meal and there is no recipe to follow… until now. Over the next few weeks I’ll post the recipes from my most liked meals.

SWORDFISH 2 WAYS

Sweet & Spicy Balsamic BlueberryORGrilled Citrus & Mango w/ Turmeric

Ingredients Ingredients
2 Swordfish  Steaks 2 Swordfish  Steaks
1 cup fresh blueberries 1 ripe mango chopped
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tsp each cinnamon & nutmeg 1/2 red or yellow onion chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 tsp ground cloves Handful of cilantro chopped
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp chopped jalepeno
Pink sea salt & black pepper Pink sea salt, turmeric, paprika
Spray oil Spray oil

Sprinkle fish with salt & pepper Rub fish with salt, turmeric & paprika
Heat grill to med-high heat Heat grill to med-high heat
Spray fish (not grill) with oil Spray fish (not grill) with oil
Place fish on grill for 4 – 6 mins per side Place fish on grill for 4 – 6 mins per side
Garnish with sauce: Garnish with sauce:
Pull all ingredients (not fish) in a small sauce pot. Mix all ingredients* (no fish) in a small bowl.
Bring to a boil and let simmer. Let sit in fridge for 1 – 2 hours.
Smoosh blue berries if needed. *Can add cayenne for a kick…
Enjoy w/ over spinach salad with grilled onions. Enjoy w/ over salad with coconut quinoa.
